Fallen Sparrow’s mission is to be a healing presence by caring for the spiritual and emotional needs of people with disabilities, special needs, chronic illness, sickness, and loss and their caregivers.

Although we are a Christian organization, Fallen Sparrow does not seek to convert or proselytize as we are not a church. We provide a ministry of presence and come alongside you with compassion and care in your time of need.

Let's Work Together

We go into many communities, such as memory care, skilled nursing, hospices, hospitals, mental health, and homes.

Online individual care sessions range from $25.00 to $50.00, followed by an economic-based pay structure.

In-person care sessions range from $35.00 to $50.00 (plus mileage, gas, and possible toll fee).

Online support groups are currently donation-based.

In-person support groups and visits contracted with communities are available.
